Give every room a function. This room was a street level entry, but the main living space of the home was upstairs. It was difficult to understand how to use the space, so we made it a sitting room with a bar cart in the adjoining space…..a perfect way to welcome guests to the home. |

This is one of my favorite (and least expensive) bathroom remodels. I love the deep, moody blue color contrasted by the white cabinetry and trim. This bathroom had odd light placement with 2 lights over one sink and a small mirror in between them. We updated the lights by simply replacing the shades and then used a floor mirror on the wall so it would span the length of both lights to give them function. The countertop was epoxy painted and a new faucet and cabinet pulls finished out the look. |
