The homeowner’s furniture was taking away from the beautiful views this house had.  Rental furniture helped this house show off it’s highest potential!

Do you have outdated lighting in your home, but don’t have the budget to update all of them? Your dining room chandelier is the most important one to change.  It’s at eye level so it’s much more visible than fixtures close to the ceiling.

This homeowner decided to move before selling their home. They refinished the floors and painted prior to having us stage it with rental furniture.

Some mismatched furniture in this room didn’t show off the space to it’s highest potential.  We were able to use some of the seller’s existing furniture, but adding soft seating made this space so much more inviting.

When you’re selling your home, every room needs to have function. This little room in front of the patio doors might have felt like wasted space to most buyers.  But adding a small scale desk gives it the perfect function!
