Check out this beautiful flip that we staged with our rental furniture!

If you have dated stone or brick, consider whitewashing it!  Just use three parts water to one part white or gray paint.  Quickly paint it onto the stone and then dab off with a rag.

This flip would not be the same without the rental furniture to define the space!

If you have carpet over wood floors, make sure to remove it before selling.  You may have to refinish the floors if they are not in great condition, but often they are fine, like these were:

Without the sofa being in this space, most buyers would think that one wouldn’t fit.  We showed how to make the space functional.

Really small spaces are hard for buyers to imagine how furniture will fit.  Instead of allowing confusion during showings, make sure to have small scale furniture there so they don’t even question the space.

When a dining and living area share one long narrow room, furniture can help buyers see how everything fits into the space.
