Sometimes just a lamp and piece of art can do wonders for a space!

Suspended ceilings are not a favorite for most buyers.  While they are sometimes expected in basements, they should always be removed on the main level of a home.  Look at the difference it made in this kitchen! (The new wall color and granite countertops may have helped a bit, too!)
