May 2018 Staging Tip of the Month

Should you stage in a hot market?  If houses are selling in just a day or two, does it make sense to spend money and time preparing your home for sale?  We are a staging company, so we are, of course, a firm believer that staging brings stronger, higher offers whether the market is hot or not.  But we will let the pictures speak for us, with some typical things a buyer might say:
