In this bedroom, we had the homeowners repaint and bring in a bigger bed to show off the size of the room.

Whenever you have 3 bedrooms on one level, it’s a good idea to show them all as bedrooms.  Many families with young children specifically search for homes with this amenity, so show it off!  In this house, we had the homeowners remove all of the office furniture, then we brought in airmattresses, bedding, nightstands, lamps and some art to create a bedroom.
