We are in the process of developing a web-based application called Bel Kay Staging that allows Home Stagers and Realtors to give instant, detailed advice on ways for sellers to prepare their homes for sale. They will be able to use a tablet to walk through the home and quickly prepare a report that contains all the information sellers need including what to remove from rooms, what to add, updates that need to be make and much more.
